Mr. Martin assists clients in estate planning, civil litigation, divorces, custody, appeals and many other legal matters. He is also a Village Court Justice in the Village of Fishkill.

Linda Collica has over 10 years of experience working for nursing homes at Wingate at Dutchess and the Fishkill Health Center in Beacon, NY. Aside from her unbounded knowledge in elderly health care, Linda has also worked for an Elder Care Attorney since 1996 providing her experience in the legal side of Long Term Care Planning.
